In this book, there are 15 savory recipes and 5 sweet recipes. First and foremost, it's my cooking, so these recipes resemble me. They are often indulgent and are all quick to make! My ideas are often simple and effective, with everyday ingredients and good seasoning. A bit like on the blog!
I don't purposely cook gluten-free, but it turns out that many of these recipes don't require any gluten-containing ingredients. Exactly 10 out of the 20 are like this. And for the others, I'm sure you'll be able to find alternatives for the pasta or slices of bread for example :)
Yes, all measurements are presented in cups AND in grams or milliliters, so everyone can understand. But to make cooking simpler, I often try to quantify the ingredients in number of units, like "1 onion, 1 block of tofu (454 g), 10 mushrooms..."
