You have two options: either fill out our questionnaire to receive a 100% personalized meal plan, or choose from our pre-made plans designed for different needs (quick meals, family-friendly, high-protein, etc.).
Each plan includes all recipes for your chosen time period: breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks. You can indicate if you don't want certain meals. We also provide a shopping list based on your selected number of people to make your life easier.

Most meal plans also include leftovers (like having dinner leftovers for lunch the next day), and about 3 different breakfast options for the week—giving you variety without overwhelming you.
Yes, absolutely! With my background in nutrition, I'm committed to offering complete and varied menus that provide all the necessary nutrients. Since everyone has different dietary needs, I leave it to you to judge what works best for your body.
Yes, I offer seasonal menus (currently based on the Northern Hemisphere, and soon to be customized to your location). You'll notice I occasionally use frozen options for zucchini, broccoli, blueberries, etc., and jarred tomato sauce in winter. In rare cases, some recipes might optionally suggest adding an out-of-season tomato slice. Overall, these meal plans are a great way to eat seasonally!
In the questionnaire for personalized meal plans, you can indicate if you don't have an oven and/or blender. There will always be perfect recipes for you, even without this equipment! This is ideal for small kitchens or students, for example. Occasionally, I offer sweet or savory waffle recipes that you can modify if you don't have a waffle maker.
All recipes are vegan, so they're naturally lactose-free. Gluten-free options are available in both personalized and pre-made meal plans. There are plenty of menu choices for you! If you're allergic to nuts, you can easily substitute the few recipes that include them. However, if you're allergic to soy, I don't recommend subscribing as tofu, tempeh, and soy sauce are regular ingredients in my cooking style.
