In this book, there are 20 savory recipes. Above all, this is my kitchen, so these recipes resemble me. They are often indulgent and all quick to make! My ideas are often simple and effective, with everyday ingredients and good seasoning. Just like on the blog!
I don't intentionally cook gluten-free, but it turns out that many of these recipes don't require any ingredients containing gluten. Exactly 10 out of the 20, in fact. And for the others, I'm sure you'll be able to find alternatives for the pasta or slices of bread for example :)
Yes, all measurements are presented in cups AND in grams or milliliters, so everyone can understand. But to make cooking simpler, I often try to quantify the ingredients by number of units, like "1 onion, 1 block of tofu (454g), 10 mushrooms..."
