In this book, there are 7 antipasti recipes, 5 main courses, my Parmesan, and 2 desserts. It is, above all, my cuisine, so these recipes reflect me. They are delicious and quick to make! My ideas are often simple and effective, with everyday ingredients and good seasoning. A bit like on the blog!
I don't intentionally cook gluten-free, and this book is about Italian cuisine, pasta, focaccia, etc. There are 5 out of the 15 recipes that are gluten-free. For some others, I'm sure you'll be able to find alternatives for things like bread slices, for example :)
All measurements are presented in cups AND in grams or milliliters, so that everyone can understand. And to make cooking simpler, I often try to quantify the ingredients in number of units, like "1 onion, 1 block of tofu (454 g), 10 mushrooms..."
