In this book, there are 4 tapas recipes, 6 main dishes, 2 sauces, 2 desserts, and 2 beverages. Above all, it's my style of cooking, hence these recipes represent me. They are indulgent and all quick to make! My ideas are often simple and effective, with everyday ingredients and good seasoning. Much like on the blog!
I don't intentionally cook gluten-free, but it just so happens that many of these recipes don't require any ingredients containing gluten. Exactly 9 out of the 16, in fact. And for the others, I'm sure you'll be able to find alternatives for things like slices of bread, for example :)
Yes, all measurements are presented in cups AND in grams or milliliters, so everyone can understand. And to make cooking simpler, I often try to quantify the ingredients in terms of units, like "1 onion, 1 block of tofu (454 g), 10 mushrooms..."
