In this book, there are 7 quick meals recipes, 4 canning recipes and 4 fall desserts. It is, above all, my cuisine, so these recipes reflect me. They are delicious and quick to make! My ideas are often simple and effective, with everyday ingredients and good seasoning. A bit like on the blog!
I don't intentionally cook gluten-free. There are 8 out of the 15 recipes that are gluten-free. For some others, I'm sure you'll be able to find alternatives :)
All measurements are presented in cups AND in grams or milliliters, so that everyone can understand. And to make cooking simpler, I often try to quantify the ingredients in number of units, like "1 onion, 1 block of tofu (454 g), 10 mushrooms..."
