I find it’s often harder to come up with truly great ideas for vegan Christmas main dishes! You always see the same seitan roasts or stuffed squashes—don’t get me wrong, I love those too, but I wanted to offer something different. Giant mushroom ravioli with cider and sage butter, flaky leek and shredded tofu pie, savory crumble… You’re bound to find something you’ll love!

In my family, the Christmas aperitif is often quite hearty and completely replaces the starter. We love making plenty of small bites. Here, I’m sharing several new recipes, including my favorite: vegan “sea” rillettes! But also buckwheat blinis that I adore, a festive Christmas focaccia, and much more.

A mandarin Christmas cake, a 5-ingredient chocolate and orange cake (yes, really), my vegan mannele, and a box of Christmas cookies made from just one dough!

The questions you ask yourself

And even the ones you don't ask yourself

In this book, there are 5 appetizer recipes, 5 main dishes, and 5 desserts. First and foremost, this is my kind of cooking, so these recipes reflect me. They are indulgent, quick to make, and festive! My ideas are often simple and effective, with everyday ingredients and good seasoning. A bit like on the blog!
I don’t intentionally cook gluten-free. There are 4 out of the 15 recipes that are gluten-free. For some others, like the Christmas meatballs, I’m sure you’ll be able to find alternatives!
All measurements are provided in both cups AND grams or milliliters, so everyone can understand. To make cooking easier, I often try to quantify ingredients by units, such as “1 onion, 1 block of tofu (454 g), 10 mushrooms…”
On the final payment page, you will already have the download link at the top! And within minutes of your purchase, you’ll receive an email containing the file as well. It’s a PDF format. The layout has been designed so that you can print the recipe cards if you’d like.
