This cocktail was one of the many cocktails I created for our wedding week 😍 This one is dedicated to my brother-in-law and is based on his tastes: a citrus and mint ti punch!

You can make it with either white or amber rum, preferably from Martinique or Guadeloupe 😍

  • -rum 80 (mL)
  • -lime 1
  • -orange 0.5
  • -grapefruit 0.5
  • -sugar 2 (tsp)
  • -fresh mint 2 (branches)
  • -clementine juice 60 (mL)

  • Cut the citrus fruits into quarters. Remove the mint leaves from the stems.
  • In two glasses, mix 4 cL of rum, 3 cL of clementine juice, and 1 teaspoon of sugar for each glass. Dissolve the sugar well.
  • Add mint leaves and citrus wedges, then crush with a muddler.
  • Add ice cubes, mix, and enjoy!
