At Christmas in our home, it's usually hot chocolate and brioches. But we know that for some, it's a big party, with Uncle Jean-Mi completely drunk by 10 PM... so, if that's your case (first of all, we're sorry for you ;) ) we've thought of you by creating a cocktail that has the delicious taste of Christmas!

Cranberries, cinnamon, maple syrup, and Champagne, Yeah! Optionally, you can add a little orange liqueur ;)

  • -champagne 1 (bottle)
  • -cranberries 100 (g)
  • -ground cinnamon 4 (stick)
  • -maple syrup 120 (mL)

  • Heat, in a small saucepan, 300 mL of water with the maple syrup, cranberries, and cinnamon sticks. Let it simmer on low heat for about 25 minutes.
  • Allow the mixture to cool.
  • When ready to serve: in each glass, pour about 30 mL of cranberry-cinnamon syrup, then top up with champagne.

NotesPlease note, not all wines are vegan, as some winemakers use animal products in the fining process.
