These small bites are incredibly quick to make if you have a waffle maker 😳😍 You probably already have all the ingredients in your pantry and, you'll see, they're soft on the inside, crunchy on the outside. Plus, they're super cute to serve at a festive meal, like Christmas or New Year's Eve, for example!

  • -potatoes 170 (g)
  • -plant-based margarine 30 (g)
  • -baking powder 0.5 (tsp)
  • -soy milk 90 (mL)
  • -apple cider vinegar 1 (tbsp)
  • -salt 0.5 (tsp)
  • -neutral oil 1 (tbsp)
  • -dill 2 (branches)
  • -soy cream 150 (mL)
  • -lemon juice 1 (tbsp)

  • Preheat the lightly oiled waffle maker with neutral oil.
  • Wash the potatoes and grate them using a grater.
  • Melt the margarine in the microwave.
  • In a bowl, mix the flour, grated potatoes, melted margarine, soy milk, baking powder, vinegar, and salt.
  • In the preheated waffle iron, cook small dollops of batter for 8-10 minutes.
  • In the meantime, prepare the cream. In a bowl, pour the soy cream. Pour the lemon juice on top without mixing! Wait 10 seconds for the cream to curdle, and then mix: the cream will have thickened all by itself!
  • On the mini waffles, place a small dollop of cream and a sprig of dill.
