This is one of the smoothies we created for Nutmeg, and I wanted to share this recipe with you. I personally love oat smoothies; I discovered them in Nantes when I was a teenager, at the 92.5 coffee shop (My go-to place from ages 16 to 18 😅) in the Cour des 50 Otages, for those who know it!

Sometimes in the kitchen, I have no appetite, I don't feel hungry, but my body still needs nourishment. So I make this smoothie, it's THE thing that goes down well even when I don't feel like eating anything. And it's nourishing even though it's liquid.
