Apparently, we're sticking with the appetizer theme... Of course, we wouldn't leave you nibbling on your poor little 

spicy chickpea snacks without sipping a good cocktail ;)

  • -basil 4 (leaves)
  • -lemon 0.5
  • -white rum 60 (mL)
  • -limoncello 60 (mL)

  • Place ice cubes in your cocktail glasses.
  • Cut the pineapple into small cubes and crush, in a mixing glass, with a muddler (or whatever you have on hand). Add the basil leaves and crush again to extract the flavors and the pineapple juice properly.
  • Add ice cubes, followed by fresh squeezed lemon juice. Then add the rum and limoncello.
  • Remove the ice water from your cocktail glasses (to avoid diluting the drink). Then pour the cocktail through a fine strainer.
  • Garnish with a slice of lemon, pineapple, and a basil leaf. Serve immediately.
