These days, I often make this as an appetizer!

I use a non-alcoholic gin that's quite popular in Montreal right now, the Hickson by @brasserieles2freres! It's made with the same botanicals as gin, and I really like it for when I don't want to drink alcohol. Otherwise, I would use the gin from @distilleriedustlaurent 🥰🥰

With some apricot juice, lavender syrup, and sparkling water, it's perfect, not too sweet, and refreshing ✨

  • Fill a large glass with ice cubes.
  • Pour the gin into the glass, add the apricot juice, followed by the lavender syrup.
  • Fill with sparkling water and garnish with a bit of lavender! It's ready :)

NotesI make my homemade lavender syrup by simply boiling 250 mL of water with 250 g of sugar and lavender. Then, I strain it. It keeps for months in the fridge!
