Serve them with the sauce of your choice — here I used a gochujang mayo, which is a Korean fermented chili paste. But it could also be a chive cream sauce, a wafu dressing, or even just a slightly sweet soy sauce with sesame seeds!
I love using chickpea flour in all kinds of recipes, but you can totally swap it out for regular wheat flour if you prefer.
