The cobbler is the cousin of the crumble, but it hasn't really taken off in France, unlike its superstar cousin 🥲. It's still a base of baked fruit, covered with a biscuit dough (instead of the crumbly shortcrust of the crumble). I love crumble and cookie dough so I really enjoyed this peach vegan version 😍
