I love these simple, rustic tarts: a crispy and delicious tart crust, almond cream, and fruit, that's all 😍🌸 With cherries, peaches, apricots, blueberries... I love them all anyway 😅

Tart crust
  • -all-purpose flour 200 (g)
  • -sugar 65 (g)
  • -plant-based margarine 80 (g)
  • -salt 1 (pinch)
Almond cream
  • -almond powder 120 (g)
  • -sugar 1 (tbsp)
  • -cornstarch 2 (tbsp)
  • -plant-based margarine 2 (tbsp)
  • -cherries 450 (g)
  • -sugar 1 (tbsp)

  • Prepare the tart crust: Mix the sugar, flour, and a pinch of salt. Incorporate the margarine by hand using your fingertips. Then, pour in the plant-based milk and form a ball of dough. Let it rest for 15 minutes.
  • Prepare the almond cream: Melt the margarine and mix all the ingredients together.
  • Preheat the oven to 180°C (355°F). Pit the cherries.
  • Divide the dough into 4 pieces. Roll out each piece to a thickness of 2-3 mm.
  • Place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Top them with almond cream. Add the pitted cherries on top and sprinkle with sugar.
  • Bake for 40 minutes and enjoy!

NotesLe fait de laisser reposer 15 minutes la pâte à tarte aide vraiment à l'étaler par la suite !
