15 min Teriyaki Noodles with Tempeh

This isn’t our first quick noodle recipe here 🥹 It’s a fast lunch I often make, and I love it with some grilled tempeh on top. Here, I used wide rice noodles, so it’s also gluten-free (for those with allergies), but I often make it with wheat noodles too 😍

  • -tempeh 100 (g)
  • -Snow peas 50 (g)
  • -onion 0.5
  • -soy sauce or tamari 1 (tbsp)
  • -toasted sesame oil 1 (tbsp)
  • -rice noodles 75 (g)
  • -teriyaki sauce 3 (tbsp)
  • -sriracha sauce 1 (tsp)
  • -sesame 1 (tsp)

  • Peel and thinly slice the onion. Also, slice the snow peas.
  • Heat the sesame oil in a pan. Crumble the tempeh into the pan and cook it for a few minutes until it’s nicely golden.
  • Push the tempeh to one side of the pan and add the onions and snow peas to cook in the same pan for about 5 minutes. Season with soy sauce.
  • Cook the rice noodles in boiling water.
  • In a bowl, mix the teriyaki sauce, sriracha sauce, and sesame seeds. Add the cooked and drained noodles, then toss to combine.
  • Add the tempeh and sautéed vegetables, and it’s ready to serve!
