This pie is the best of autumn ππ Halfway between an apple pie, a Bourdaloue, and a pumpkin pie! A nice crispy crust, a pumpkin and almond cream with spices, and apples.

Roll out the dough and then place it in your 24 cm (9.5 inches) tart pan.
Prepare the almond cream: mix the almond powder, starch, and margarine together, then add all the other ingredients. Mix well.
Pour this mixture into the pie crust.
Peel and core the apples. Cut them into thin slices and arrange them on the tart.
Bake for 50 minutes. Sprinkle with powdered sugar before serving if you wish!
