Smoothies, they're our morning routine. Not only are they super delicious (if we put the right ingredients together, of course), but they're also packed with vitamins. A little smoothie for breakfast, and bam, you're ready for the day! Plus, it's the best way to consume lots of fruits and vegetables if you're not used to eating them elsewhere :).
