Strawberry tail and orgeat infusion

Strawberry tail and orgeat infusion
For: 2 serv.Difficulty: EasyPreparation: 5 minFridge: 24h00

Well, once again, we didn't invent anything, right! We heard about strawberry-tail infusions several times this summer, so we wanted to give it a try :) And yes, it works, the infused water really tastes like strawberries, it's super tasty and uses something we usually throw away, so it's cool.

As I'm a crazy fan of orgeat syrup and the combo of strawberry-almond-orange blossom is just delicious, we mixed our infusion with this syrup. And voila, it makes a super original drink for the summer and it's inexpensive! We're thinking of trying an alcoholic cocktail version as well, let us know if you have any ideas for liquors that would pair well with it ;)

Also, you can make your own orgeat syrup using sugar, almonds, and orange blossom water. You'll need a good blender, but it's worth a try!
