So, this is not at all a part of my usual consumption habits, a green juice like this! But the other day, I really craved it, like my body wanted it ๐ Especially for the little taste of ginger ๐
I don't have a juicer, so I made it in a blender and then strained it to get only the juice. It's actually very quick. With the leftover pulp, I made green muffins, the recipe is here :)
Roughly remove the skin of the orange and cut it into 4.
Cut the apple, pear, and ginger into large cubes (peel them if they are non-organic too!).
Remove the kale stems, keeping only the leaves.
In the blender, place all the ingredients and approximately 400 mL of water. Blend at the highest power.
Pour the juice through a fine mesh strainer. Collect the juice and serve with ice cubes! (You can keep the pulp to make green muffins, recipe on my blog).
