Little ginger and turmeric shots 😡 One shot every morning for a few days when you need to boost your immune system πŸ‘Œ It really works well for me, especially for colds and sore throats... And no need to drink one every morning all year round, it's really meant to be used as a little cure when you need it because it's not necessary at all to have a good immune system. Think of it as a little boost! Especially since these are fresh ingredients and a bit pricey. Of course, they can't be stored for too long to avoid nutrient loss, so I've designed the quantities for 3 days! I store them in mini glass jars that are sold as spice jars. Black pepper and coconut oil are important to help absorb the benefits of turmeric!

  • Peel the ginger and turmeric (using a spoon works really well). Cut them into pieces.
  • Juice the oranges and the lemon.
  • In your blender, mix the orange and lemon juice with the turmeric, ginger, pepper, and coconut oil.
  • Store in 3 mini glass jars in the fridge and drink one each morning!
