Complete noodle soup in a jar (no cooking required)

Complete noodle soup in a jar (no cooking required)

I don’t know who I think I am, but I’m super into eating healthy right now haha! I absolutely loved this soup the other day – it’s comforting, nourishing, and gives your immune system a boost 😍. I went back to the concept of jar soups: you can prep everything in advance, store them in the fridge, or take them to work! When it’s time to eat, just pour in boiling water and wait 3 minutes before enjoying!

So, I hope you’ll love this winter vegan soup (which is also gluten-free, by the way)!

  • Peel the garlic, ginger, and carrot. Thinly slice the carrot and snow peas.
  • Directly in your jars, grate the garlic and ginger. Add the sesame oil, soy sauce, and hot sauce. Mix well.
  • Add the diced tofu. Then layer the sliced vegetables. Finish with 1 teaspoon of powdered broth per person and the rice noodles. Close the jars.
  • Store in the fridge for up to 3 days. When ready to eat, simply pour 750 mL (3 cups) of boiling water per person into the jar and wait 2–3 minutes before enjoying!
