My creamy three-ingredient mango popsicles—I've had this recipe idea in my notes for a year! With perfectly ripe mangoes, there's no need for sugar, and it's absolutely delicious! I expected it to be good, but not this good 😅 Honestly one of the best ice creams I've ever tasted 🙊 I had bought 8 popsicle molds last year for our wedding in Italy; one of the homemade cocktails included a peach sorbet poured into a glass of Prosecco. And I've never used them again since! Honestly, I'm going to make them more often; it's so cool to have a little dessert ready in the evening 🥰

  • Peel the mangoes and cut the flesh into small pieces.
  • In a blender, mix the mangoes, milk, and 2 generous tablespoons of yogurt.
  • In your popsicle molds, pour the mixture, alternating with small spoons of yogurt to create a slightly marbled decoration.
  • Place in the freezer overnight. The next day, it's ready!
