We are completely late to talk about peaches and nectarines at this time of the year, it's even borderline off-topic, but we are sure that you will keep this recipe in a little corner of your mind until next summer :-D!

Actually, it's been a while since these tartlets were created, but we were preparing a great surprise for you, which took longer than expected. You're dying to know what it is, right? No? Well, too bad, we'll tell you anyway! Drumroll... It's our brand new, beautiful, fresh Youtube channel! You'll be able to find our recipes in video format from time to time and see Eline's lovely face as a bonus, as she will be taking care of it.

  • -all-purpose flour 250 (g)
  • -plant-based margarine 125 (g)
  • -neutral oil 1 (tbsp)
  • -peach 3
  • -nectarine 3
  • -sugar

  • Preheat the oven to 356°F.
  • With your little hands, incorporate the margarine into the flour to obtain a crumbly dough.
  • Add oil and a bit of water, and work everything together to form a ball. Divide it into three portions and roll them out.
  • Wash and peel the peaches. Dice them. In a saucepan, cook the peach pieces over low heat to create a compote.
  • Wash the nectarines and cut them into quarters.
  • On the three rounds of dough, spread the peach compote and place a few nectarine wedges on top.
  • Fold the edges of the dough onto themselves to form the tartlets.
  • Bake for 50 minutes and it's ready :) !
