Pumpkin Spice Vegan Crème Brûlée

Pumpkin Spice Vegan Crème Brûlée
For: 3 serv.Difficulty: EasyPreparation: 10 minCooking: 10 minFridge: 2h00

It’s the same vegan crème brûlée recipe that was already on my blog, but this time with pumpkin spice for fall 😍 Honestly, it’s one of the easiest desserts to make, yet it always makes a big impression, haha! If you serve this to your family or friends, you’ll definitely get some big wows 😍 Effortless! So if you have any pumpkin spice fans around, you know what to serve at your next dinner 🥰

  • In a saucepan, whisk the sugar and cornstarch together. Gradually pour in the soy milk while whisking.
  • Add the margarine, spices, and pumpkin puree. Then heat the saucepan over high heat.
  • Whisk the cream as the margarine melts into it. Once the cream starts to boil, it will thicken. Remove it from the heat as soon as it begins to boil.
  • Pour the cream into three ramekins. Place them in the fridge for two hours (or more).
  • Just before serving, sprinkle the three creams with sugar. Torch the sugar to create that crisp layer of caramelized sugar on top. Serve immediately!
