Quick Vegan Chocolate Mousse, Blender Recipe

Quick Vegan Chocolate Mousse, Blender Recipe
For: 2-3 serv.Difficulty: EasyPreparation: 10 minFridge: 2h00

This chocolate mousse blender technique is from my latest e-book "20 New Vegan Recipes in Under 25 Minutes". Yes, I know the title is way too long, but hey... at least it's descriptive 😅

In this e-book, there’s a little chapter with 5 ultra-quick and delightful desserts: Pear Belle-Hélène, decadent brownie, banoffee verrine, express apple crumble, and this chocolate mousse! It's perfect for those sudden sweet cravings, unexpected guests, or simply wanting to make a dessert without spending a lot of time...

I choose deodorized coconut oil when I want a classic chocolate mousse without a coconut flavor. But it's also delicious with virgin coconut oil for a different twist!
