  • In your saucepan, pour in the rice, sugar, and half of the milk. Split the vanilla pod in two and gather the seeds and the pod to add them to your saucepan.
  • Bring to a boil. Frequently stir your rice pudding to prevent it from sticking and gradually add the rest of the milk as it is absorbed by the rice. The cooking process will take about an hour for the mixture to become smooth and creamy.
  • Once your rice pudding is finished, remove the vanilla pod and serve while still warm :) !
