I used some slightly too dry leftover cinnamon cookies (this would be perfect with speculoos too), homemade apple sauce, soy yogurt, and homemade caramel sauce! You can replace the caramel with vegan milk jam too 🙂
Mix the plant-based yogurt and sugar in a small bowl.
Mix the applesauce with the caramel sauce.
In 2 glasses, layer crushed biscuit, sweetened yogurt, and applesauce, then continue to build layers of these ingredients until both glasses are full. You can finish by drizzling a little caramel sauce on top!
