A super simple tofu tikka masala recipe served with basmati rice and homemade naans ๐๐ For the naans, I used my recipe here! I really recommend you give it a try!
Prepare the tofu: tear the tofu into large chunks. Mix them in a bowl with the marinade and spices.
Peel the onion, ginger, and garlic. Chop them.
In a pot of water, cook the rice.
In another saucepan, heat 1 tablespoon of oil and sautรฉ the onion in it. Add the ginger and garlic and cook for 2 minutes.
Add the tofu and grill for 4-5 minutes.
Deglaze with the crushed tomatoes, then add the soy cream. Bring to a boil, season, and set aside.
Drain the rice. Set aside.
Serve the tikka masala with rice and one naan per person.
NotesFor a gluten-free version, use tamari instead of soy sauce.
