Cut the small broccoli florets into small pieces and cook in a pot of salted water until tender. Drain and cool in ice water.
Cook the macaroni in a large pot of boiling salted water with a drop of olive oil.
In a mixing bowl, pour the vegetable cream and add the broccoli and chopped chives. Crush slightly with a fork and season well with salt and pepper.
Preheat your oven to 392°F.
In your ramekins or gratin dish, spread a thin layer of the broccoli mixture, then a layer of pasta, then more broccoli, another layer of pasta, and finally top with the remaining broccoli. Sprinkle with gomasio and breadcrumbs for a crispy gratin topping.
Bake for 15 minutes! Enjoy it with a side salad ;)
