I hear through the grapevine that there are already millions of cookie recipes on the internet and that therefore, this one is quite unnecessary... Oh well, one more won't hurt, it gives you an excuse to try them out this weekend 😉 So we're just gonna drop this here, and then we're off to the mountains (it's calling us)!

  • -plant-based margarine 75 (g)
  • -soy milk 3 (tbsp)
  • -baking powder 0.5 (sachet)
  • -chocolate chips 50 (g)
  • -banana 1
  • -all-purpose flour 200 (g)
  • -sugar 70 (g)

  • Mix the flour, sugar, and yeast (you can also add a bit of grated coconut ;) ). Using a mixer, blender, or by hand, incorporate the margarine and soy milk to form a ball.
  • Add the chocolate chips (or crushed chocolate squares). Finish by adding the banana cut into small pieces.
  • Refrigerate for 30 minutes, so the dough becomes less soft.
  • Preheat the oven to 200°C (392°F). On a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, place small, slightly flattened balls of dough.
  • Bake for 13 to 15 minutes. It's ready!
