Vegan Chocolate Fondue

Vegan Chocolate Fondue
For: 4 serv.Difficulty: EasyPreparation: 15 minCooking: 5 min

A festive or brunch dessert, quick and easy to make all year round with the fruits of your choice 🥰

I wanted to include some ultra-simple ideas this year. I tend to post recipes only if they have something technical or creative, especially in sweet dishes. And I often have to remind myself, a food blog is a place for inspiration too, not just for learning culinary techniques 😅

So here's the inspo: a beautiful fruit platter and chocolate fondue! For a pretty, abundant platter, I suggest making sure there are no empty spaces! You can also make little swirls like I did with the clementine wedges, it's cute 🥰

  • Peel the mango, pear, and clementines.
  • Chop all these fruits into cubes. Cut the orange into wedges.
  • In a bain-marie, melt the chocolate with the plant-based milk. Once it's all melted, pour the chocolate fondue into a small bowl!
  • Serve the fruits and chocolate fondue in the middle of the table with skewers!
