In the category of grandma's desserts, I've concocted my awesome crumble for you. And not just any crumble: apricot, since it's in season, and with my very own crumble dough recipe (almond flour, vanilla, and orange blossom for added flavor).
I add apple mainly to soften the apricot, which often becomes acidic and harsh on my delicate taste buds when cooked! As a result, this recipe is (once again) adaptable to other fruits, depending on the season or your preferences (peach, rhubarb, cherry, pear...).
