To pretend like we're not eating burgers every night, we've turned them into vegan hot-dogs ;-) Let's not lie to ourselves, it's kind of the same thing and once again, you can put whatever you want inside!

  • -paprika
  • -cayenne pepper
  • -salt
  • -pepper
  • -hot dog buns 4
  • -cooked red beans 200 (g)
  • -breadcrumbs 80 (g)
  • -tomatoes 1
  • -green zebra tomatoes 3
  • -red onion

  • Blend the red beans with salt and spices. Set aside in a mixing bowl.
  • Peel the red onion and dice half of it into small pieces. Finely chop your regular tomato as well and add everything to your red bean mixture.
  • Finish with breadcrumbs to add consistency and form 4 sausages.
  • Prepare raw vegetables: Dice your heirloom tomatoes and mix them together with a pinch of salt. Slice the other half of the onion into thin strips.
  • Cook your red bean sausages in a hot pan with a little oil until they are nicely golden brown.
  • Toast your hot dog buns and fill them with ketchup and/or mayo, a sausage of red beans, and raw vegetables.
