  • -soy cream 100 (mL)
  • -salt

  • Wash the zucchini and slice it into thin rounds. Heat a pan with a little oil and add the zucchini pieces. Pour the juice of half a lemon. Allow to cook, stirring for about 20 minutes, until everything is nicely golden and the water from the vegetable has mostly evaporated.
  • Remove and chop the mint. When the zucchinis are cooked, add half of the mint off the heat. Season to taste.
  • Cut each brick pastry sheet in half. Brush a little oil on each half-sheet and fold the rounded side. Place a small amount of zucchini on one edge and fold the pastry over, forming a triangle. If you don't know how to fold a brick pastry sheet into a triangle, there are plenty of tutorials available online ;) !
  • Finally, cook your bricks in a pan with very hot oil, about 2 minutes on each side. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
  • Prepare a small sauce by mixing the vegetable cream with the juice of half a lemon and the rest of the mint, season to taste.
