  • -oat flakes 500 (g)
  • -coconut oil 80 (g)
  • -maple syrup 4 (tbsp)
  • -orange blossom water 2 (tbsp)
  • -almonds 100 (g)
  • -flax seeds 50 (g)

  • Preheat the oven to 320°F.
  • Melt the coconut oil and mix it with the maple syrup and orange blossom water. Add the rolled oats and mix well.
  • Crush the almonds. Grind the flax seeds (with a knife, mortar, or mixer... since whole flax seeds cannot be digested). Add them to the mixture.
  • Spread everything onto a baking sheet, pressing down slightly. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes, keeping an eye on it.
  • Allow to cool completely before pouring into a glass jar. You can store it for up to three weeks.
