It’s a classic, but a rich, comforting porridge served warm in winter is always a good idea. I was craving this all week and had some apples to use up! So here’s my vegan apple porridge with chocolate, cinnamon, and pecans 😍

  • -ground cinnamon 1 (pinch)
  • -maple syrup 1 (tbsp)
  • -apples 1
  • -dark chocolate 2 (tbsp)

  • Peel the apple and cut it into cubes. Chop the pecans.
  • In a saucepan, cook the oats over low heat with the milk, apple, cinnamon, and maple syrup for about 5 minutes.
  • Serve in bowls. Then add vegan yogurt, melted chocolate, a sprinkle of cinnamon, and the chopped pecans.
