When I wake up craving a comforting breakfast, this is what I always make these days! The fact that it’s warm, plus the caramelized banana flavor mixed with cocoa and a touch of peanut butter... it’s just so good 😍

  • In a small saucepan, pour in the oats, chia seeds, cocoa powder, and plant-based milk.
  • Cook over medium heat for a few minutes, until the porridge thickens.
  • In a small pan, heat the margarine. Cut the banana in half and grill it in the pan for a few minutes on each side until it's nicely golden.
