What do you have for brekkie? For me, it's always been a huge issue: I can't decide, so I keep changing it up. Lately, I've been loving smoothies (don't hesitate to check out our recipes by the way) and that's enough when I'm not too hungry. But for the mornings when I'm ravenous, I add a bowl of muesli like this one! Trust me, it's so delicious with the banana slices, almond butter, and maple syrup (yes, maple syrup is a religion to me)!

Let me remind you (even though everyone keeps telling us this kind of thing all day long) not to skip brekkie, it's essential for your little body to be in good shape, okay?
