I’ve never been a big fan of no-cook porridge that thickens in the fridge, but this one totally won me over—thanks to the chia seeds and yogurt that give it the most amazing texture 😍 It’s super creamy, indulgent, and satisfying! Flavored with coffee, vanilla, maple syrup, and a hint of cocoa, it’s the perfect make-ahead breakfast for the whole week.

  • -quick oats 135 (g)
  • -chia seeds 80 (g)
  • -soy milk 375 (mL)
  • -maple syrup 3 (tbsp)
  • -double espresso 1
  • -vanilla extract 1 (tbsp)
  • -cocoa powder 1 (tbsp)

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the oats and chia seeds, then pour in the soy milk, yogurt, maple syrup, espresso, and vanilla extract. Whisk everything together and let it sit for 5 minutes.
  • Whisk again to make sure everything is well combined. Divide into 4 containers and refrigerate overnight (or for up to 4 days). You can also add a bit of yogurt on top of each one. Sprinkle with cocoa powder before serving!
