Lately, I've started eating chia puddings again. I know it's very 2015, but it's really simple, cheap, tasty, nourishing, quick... everything you want 🤷‍♀️ Here, I was inspired by a café latte or cappuccino, adding an espresso shot and some milk foam. And for the fruit, I just used banana, but it would be good with most fruits 🥰

  • In a bowl, mix the chia seeds, espresso, maple syrup, and plant-based milk. Let it sit for 20 minutes to achieve a pudding-like texture.
  • Slice the banana into rounds.
  • In a glass. Alternate layers of pudding and bananas.
  • Froth the oat milk with a little electric frother and pour the milk foam over the pudding! It's ready 🥰 You can also make it the night before for the next day in a jar.
