Cookie-Style Morning Baked Oats

Cookie-Style Morning Baked Oats
For: 3 serv.Difficulty: EasyPreparation: 5 minCooking: 20 min

This one’s a real breakfast gem! If you’re the type who never knows what to eat in the morning—and you’ve got a bit of a sweet tooth—I’ve got the perfect recipe for you. Inspired by baked oatmeal, this version is blended into a smooth batter so you get something more like a soft, fluffy cake. It’s sweetened only with a banana and a few chocolate chips, making it a great way to enjoy whole, nourishing ingredients first thing in the morning—think fiber and plant-based protein. You can even add protein powder if you like. I usually don’t use any myself (I don’t need it), but a brand gifted me some, so I gave it a try in this recipe!
