Here’s a super simple idea for busy mornings, or a snack, and I thought I’d share it with you 😍 A good slice of country bread, tahini (sesame butter), cooked blueberries, and chia seeds 💕 It’s so delicious, sugar-free, nourishing, and always vegan!

  • In a small saucepan, cook the blueberries for about 5 minutes. Then, add the chia seeds at the end of cooking.
  • Toast the slices of bread and spread them with tahini. Top with the cooked blueberries! You can also sprinkle a few extra chia seeds on top.
