Homemade Vegan White Chocolate

Homemade Vegan White Chocolate
For: 1 tabletDifficulty: EasyPreparation: 5 minFridge: 45 min

As you've probably gathered, we do have a sweet tooth... but going to 36 different stores just to find a $5 white chocolate bar that weighs 10 grams is not really our cup of tea!

However, the truth is, vegan white chocolate isn't found everywhere, it's expensive, and too sweet like all white chocolate, right? ;) But since we still enjoy it from time to time (especially in our matcha-white chocolate cookies), we thought we'd make it ourselves! It's super easy, with just three ingredients.

What's more, these three ingredients are available in bulk at our regular grocery store, so if that's the case for you too, you get vegan and zero waste white chocolate – what more could you ask for?

You'll need cacao butter, powdered soy milk (or another powdered plant-based milk), and icing sugar!
