I've seen this style of bars quite a lot on TikTok, and it made me hungry every time! So I wanted to make my vegan, less sweet version 😍😍 Basically, these are snack bars (or squares), inspired by raw cookie dough, they're super energetic and are based on nut puree (here I used peanut butter but you could use almond or hazelnut puree for example). I've added some Brazil nuts and a bit of salt flakes and it was INCREDIBLE ❤️
Great to eat before going to the gym, or as an afternoon snack. I've also cut them into very small pieces to add to my chia pudding 🥰
