I've seen this style of bars quite a lot on TikTok, and it made me hungry every time! So I wanted to make my vegan, less sweet version ππ Basically, these are snack bars (or squares), inspired by raw cookie dough, they're super energetic and are based on nut puree (here I used peanut butter but you could use almond or hazelnut puree for example). I've added some Brazil nuts and a bit of salt flakes and it was INCREDIBLE β€οΈ
Great to eat before going to the gym, or as an afternoon snack. I've also cut them into very small pieces to add to my chia pudding π₯°
