Mini Vegan Cherry Financiers

Mini Vegan Cherry Financiers
For: 40 pcsDifficulty: EasyPreparation: 15 minCooking: 25 min

We're going for cuteness today with tiny, adorable cherry financiers <3

Don't hesitate to snap a photo when you're indulging during tea time, and send it to us on social media, of course ;)

PS: If you make larger financiers (because you're practical and, if you're going to indulge, might as well do it quickly with quantity), bake them for about 35 minutes (checking for doneness because I'm not very reliable #cardboardchef)

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F. Melt the margarine in a saucepan until it becomes a hazelnut-like color.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, almond powder, sugar, icing sugar, and baking powder.
  • In another container, mash the bananas and add the soy yogurt, hazelnut margarine, and vinegar. Pour the mixture over the dry ingredients and combine using a whisk.
  • Fill your mini financier molds and add half a cherry on each. Bake for 25 minutes.
