My sweetheart absolutely loved these lil' snacks, saying they reminded him of Kinder Country, which gave me the idea of making vegan Kinder Country someday 😍

In the meantime, these little bites are peanut butter puffed rice balls with banana inside, all coated in chocolate... seriously, what more could you ask for ?

  • -banana 0.5
  • -maple syrup 1 (tsp)
  • -puffed rice 30 (g)
  • -dark chocolate 70 (g)
  • -neutral oil 1 (tsp)

  • Mix the peanut butter and maple syrup. Add the puffed rice and mix.
  • Divide the mixture into 6 portions. Use your hands to flatten each small portion and add a slice of banana in the middle. Seal each little ball. Place in the refrigerator.
  • Melt the chocolate with the oil so that it's nice and smooth.
  • Coat the balls with chocolate. Place them in the fridge for half an hour so the chocolate hardens! Store in the fridge in a container for up to 3 days max!

NotesIf your peanut butter is already sweetened, feel free to skip the maple syrup ;)
