I loved it so much, I couldn't stop eating it and I've made it several times since! So I recommend you try it, it takes 10 minutes and I'm sure you already have all the ingredients at home π₯° It's crunchy, super indulgent, and delicious.
Melt the chocolate with the coconut oil using a double boiler. The oil helps to properly liquefy the chocolate, making it easier to use.
Meanwhile, line a small rectangular dish with parchment paper.
Pour about two-thirds of the melted chocolate into the bottom of the dish to form the base. Sprinkle with granola and frozen blueberries. Add dollops of almond butter here and there. Drizzle the rest of the melted chocolate on top so that everything is well encased in the chocolate.
Place in the freezer for 5 minutes.
Remove the snack from the dish and baking paper. Cut it into 4 to 5 pieces! You can eat them right away or keep them in the fridge for up to 3 days! The granola stays nice and crunchy anyway ππ
