This oatmeal porridge with flaxseeds, chia, cinnamon, blueberries, and walnuts is really good for my inflammatory symptoms. Oats are rich in beta-glucan, a soluble fiber that helps reduce inflammation and improve gut health. Flaxseeds and chia are excellent sources of omega-3s, which work directly to decrease inflammation in the body. Cinnamon is a powerful natural anti-inflammatory, and blueberries are packed with antioxidants. Finally, walnuts provide healthy fats and antioxidants, enhancing the overall anti-inflammatory effect of the meal. A perfect breakfast to soothe and nourish the body!
